Production Time

Every YunFelt wool felt piece is handcrafted specifically for your order.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time (After Production)

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • European Union: 5–12 business days

  • Australia: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Total Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 8–20 business days from the date you place your order (production + shipping).

Because every YunFelt item is handmade to order, production time is included in the total estimated delivery time.

Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or local postal services.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $60 USD.

For orders below $60, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Carriers

Packages are shipped from our production partners and delivered by YunExpress in cooperation with trusted local carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Royal Mail

  • Canada Post

for final-mile delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
