30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Your order number
Photos of the item (if applicable)
A brief description of the issue

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please do not send any item back before receiving our return approval and the correct return address.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused
Be in original condition
Include original packaging whenever possible

Return Shipping Cost

For non-quality-related returns (such as buyer's remorse), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

After verification, we will provide either:

A free replacement, or
A full refund

In most cases, you are not required to return damaged items.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Artisan's Guarantee (Structural Defects)

If any of our pieces crack or break due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, including replacement where applicable.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale, marked down, or discounted are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.

Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible because each item is handmade specifically for your order.
